Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for admin support, data input, order pack and dispatch of goods, etc.
  • Perform day-to-day office administrative support including, filing, order arrangement etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the team including leave management, attendance recording and handling incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative, clerical and ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  • Form 5/DSE or above,
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Willing to learn, hard working, independent, detail-minded, responsible & willing to work under pressure
  • Good command of PC software including Excel, MS Word,
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
