We are a Japan-based company and our Hong Kong branch was established in 1994. Our business fields include air and sea freight forwarding, trucking operation, storage and customs brokers. Now we are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our company:

 

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting arrangement;
• New Staff registration, orientation, attendance checking,company events, purchasing and controlling warehouse stationaries and materials;
• Internal Audit checking and filing.

Requirements:

• Good in English and Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC skills (including Excal, Word and PowerPoint);
• Self-motivated, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate available preferred;
• Diploma or above and 3 year work experience.
