Job Duties

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions;
  • Payroll and recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and preparing employment contract
  • Plan and practice internal operation improvement 
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Support HR manager for daily operation

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HR management or related disciplines
  • More than 3 years HR & Admin experience
  • Payroll experience is a MUST
  • Knowledge of HK labor law
  • Work experience in Japanese Co. is advantaged
  • Native in Cantonese, Proficient in English and Mandarin 
  • Japanese speaker is definitely advantaged 
  • Immediate Available or Short Notice is preferred
