HR & Admin Group Manager (Station in Zhongshan, China)

Job Responsibilities:
  • To work with directors to lead all organizational restructuring programs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, procedures and guidelines to align with the overall business goals and company needs.  
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Setting objectives for the HR & Admin team and tracking progress
  • Access training needs for internal departments, organize the training programs and measure the effectiveness.
  • Lead the HR & Admin team to monitor our daily operations if comply with factory audit requirements.
  • Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
  • Formulate and periodically updates the Salary Grade Table and performance appraisal system.
  • Participates in comprehensive annual salary surveys and reports
  • Support change management processes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 8 years relevant experience gained in sizable organization, preferable with PRC experience in manufacturing field.
  • Station in China.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with strategic mindset, results driven.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
  • Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong and PRC.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
