HR & Admin Manager / Assistant HR & Admin Manager



This position works directly with business leaders and teams across the Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, India & Vietnam offices to execute and support HR and office administrative programs and processes, facilities that aligned to the business strategy. He/She provides leadership and support to drive a high performing business team, organization and the all talents related issues, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning & development.

In addition, he/she provides support on all company-wide initiatives and processes and plays a key leadership role in the Asia offices and leads the support and promotion of organization values.


  • Provides day-to-day collaboration and support on all types of employee relations matters.
  • Administer employee-related databases and fully utilizes all the human resources applications to prepare the monthly payroll, budget and administrative reports for management timely.
  • Develop knowledge of applicable Asian employment law to provide HR support to company-wide locations.
  • Develop and administer existing HR policies and procedures to ensure policies comply with Asian law and delivers training to managers as appropriate to ensure understanding and compliance with policies.
  • Partners with the business unit managers to handle team performance issues through timely execution of performance coaching, corrective action and performance management process.
  • Supports the people strategies around performance management, leadership development, compensation, engagement and HR policy.
  • Provides the compensation & benefits custom and practice of local market timely.
  • Supervise the talent acquisition activities such as recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding etc. to ensure the business is hiring the right talent that aligns the business goals and objectives.
  • Supports talent development including the identification of development opportunities for all non-managerial staff and the execution of company-wide development programs and initiatives.
  • Supervise the office administrative team to provide full spectrum of administrative support to the office including but not limited to office supplies, facilitate management, renovation/relocation, office lease and vendors management for Hong Kong and overseas offices.


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, business management or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized in payroll, employment law and practices across Hong Kong, China and other Asian countries preferred.
  • Strong familiarity in the administration of payroll, benefits and compensation program and performance management.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced and lean environment.
  • Ability to support change and be flexible.
  • High degree of interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Well versed in supervisory skills to build a proficient team to handle the day to day HR and office administrative matters.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, especially Excel & PowerPoin; database management, Chinese word processing and previous use of MRC application will be a strong advantage.
  • Effective oral (English & Mandarin) and written (English & Chinese) communication and have ability to prepare reports, proposals, procedures and policies.
  • Ability to manage stress at work and work-life-balance.

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
