For their Hong Kong office, they are currently looking for an HR Manager to handle all round HR operation and supervise the HR & admin team.

Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operation for Hong Kong office and supervise the HR & Administration teams
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from identifying vacancies, interview and candidates selection to on boarding process
  • Support C&B administration, including payroll processing, medical, MPF, taxation, etc.
  • Review company HR policies, staff compensation & benefits offerings and performance management
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • At least 5 years' experience in HR operation, recruitment experience in financial services market is a must
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
  • Chinese CV required
