HR & Admin Manager, HK & China

Reporting to the CEO and leading both the Hong Kong and China teams of human resources and administration, the position will be responsible to drive changes in various disciplines to build up the best people and physical environment, ensuring continuous improvement on the resilience and competitiveness of the Company.


  • Lead the human resources team to add values on different disciplines covering organization development, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development, and industrial relations
  • Facilitate changes by formulating strategies and actions plans in alignment with business directions to achieve tangible and non-tangible targets
  • Promote corporate culture and management tools to ensure efficient and effective running of operations
  • Organize corporate functions and activities to promote corporate cultures and unity
  • Analysis and draw conclusions and insights on how HR operations can be improved
  • Ensure full compliance on ISO9001 and BSCI standards
  • Maintain and develop a organization wide mentor system


  • Tertiary qualification holder, preferably major in human resources management, business administration and related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in human resources with at least 5 years in managerial level with a manufacturing background
  • HR & Admin Experience in Hong Kong and China is a must
  • Familiar with labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong and China
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email), Chinese typing is a basic skill
  • Station 3 days in Dongguan each week
