Direct report to the CEO
Manage the full spectrum HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.
As the key administrator in overseeing the entire office administration operations, ensuring the provision of quality administration support
Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years HR working experience
At least 2 years relevant experience in small or medium size IT company
Self-motivated, detail-minded and ability to work independence
Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken
Candidate with less HR experiences and skills will be considered as Assistant HRM
