  • 5-day week


  • To manage the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management
  • To oversee the administrative operations of the Company including but not limited to office and branches procurement, maintenance, insurance, tenancy agreement management, renovation etc.
  • To handle work visa application and  its renewal as well as leave and attendance records
  • To monitor and develop policies and procedures on all HR and administrative matters
  • Plus ad-hoc assignments as required



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin. experience in managerial level, preferably in retail industry
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, well organized, independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • 5-day work week
  • Immediate available preferred
