The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions to support both the Hong Kong Office and 2 sub-offices in South and Central China.

Accountabilities:

  • Formulate and revamp guidelines, standards and procedures to ensure smooth operation
  • Oversee all HR functions and activities, and provide professional services and advices on staffing initiatives to ensure the overall headcount and staff skills to meet the Company's requirements
  • Keep abreast of the labour market condition and legislative changes both in Hong Kong and the PRC
  • Assist the General Manager in preparing the budget plan, periodic forecasts and monitoring of office expenditures
  • Prepare monthly report on various management functions to achieve goals that drives the continuous improvement of office performance
  • Supervise a team of staff to handle office maintenance, housekeeping, refurbishment and leasing matters of all offices / dormitories / warehouses

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in HR & Admin with 8 years in a managerial position of sizable organization
  • Well versed in employment related legislation both in HK and PRC
  • Articulate with positive work attitude and detailed-mind
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
