Our client is a medium size trading company, they are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Training, C&B and also office administration matters
  • Review HR procedures and policies
  • Handle monthly salary payroll, MPF, expense reimbursement
  • General office administration and facilities management to ensure smooth office operation
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 8+ years experience in HR & Admin management
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Taxation rules and regulations and other related legislation on Human Resources
  • Mature, detail-minded, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel usage
  • Immediate available is preferred
