HR & Admin Officer / Admin Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform a wide range of HR duties including C&B, HR reporting and recruitment 
  • Keep personal files and ensure all records are up-to-date, complete and accurate
  • Prepare and co-ordinate in company internal activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years’ HR / Admin relevant experience
  • Degree or High diploma graduate 
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant ordinances
  • Strong attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
