HR & Admin Officer / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To execute full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management
  • To implement company handbook and corporate compliance, develop and implement HR, administration policy, process and procedures, and ensure the procedures are in compliance with local regulation and company’s internal requirements
  • To develop, design and deliver various training programs with aim to enhancing staff knowledge and skills in customer service and management effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience in all round HR and Office Administration functions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • At least 5 years training and coaching experience
  • Well-organize, self-motivation and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with difference levels of staff
  • Familiar with cost control, budgeting and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Well spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
