HR & Admin Officer / Assistant Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders in different departments as a business and support unit
  • Engage in end-to-end process in recruitment from candidates sourcing to new hire on-boarding
  • Prepare HR reports e.g. headcount, staff cost and turnover analysis
  • Implement HR initiatives regarding culture promotion, staff retention, staff engagement, staff recognition, work safety promotion, performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain and manage the human resource information system and personnel systems as per statutory requirement
  • Support in formulating, reviewing and implementing HR polices and systems to be in line with the DE's objectives as well as to enhance work efficiency of the team
  • Provide a full spectrum of Office Administration support to HR & General Office
  • Support company secretarial works including writing minutes and scheduling of business meetings, e.g. AGM
  • Support finance team in ad hoc assignments


  • Resonance in DE's mission & value to nurture inclusive society with diversity and equality;
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • Certificate in Accountancy or with accounting knowledge;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources & Administration;
  • Experience in HR Generalist or HR Analytics more preferred
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good people and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as independently
  • With HK Labour Ordinance and other related HR practices knowledge is more preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
