Specific duties including, but not restricted to :

  • Perform full spectrum support for:
  1. HR functions including policy and procedures, recruitment, onboard processing, training & development, compensation & benefits management, performance evaluation, expatriate management, employee relations, staff functions etc
  2. Office administrative operations including admin expenses monitoring, equipment management, insurance and licenses renewal, office procurement, travel arrangement, printing etc
  • Liaise with branch offices in relation to HR and Administration matters
  • Occasional visits to branches
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in human resources & administration
  • Knowledge of HK & PRC Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legal requirements
  • Detail-minded with good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented
  • Independent, self-initiated, proactive and with good communication skills
  • Good command of English and Putonghua and
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
