HR & Admin Officer - Location : Tsuen Wan ( 5 Days )   Salary : 20-26K

 Responsibilities:

  • be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration functions
  • assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, legislative compliance as well as all related administration issues
  • facilitate staff recruitment process which includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing hire externally or internally, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • administer remuneration payroll and maintain all relevant employee records
  • undertake ad hoc projects and special assignments as required
  • engage with and participate in other relevant activities as required
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Conversant with Employment Ordinances, Taxation regulations and other related legislation in Hong Kong
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Mature, cheerful, independent, detail-oriented, pro-active, flexible, pleasant and high sense of responsibility
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well served in Microsoft applications, English and Chinese word processing 
  • Immediate available/ 1 Week noticed is highly preferred

 

Reception & Admin Assist. - Location : Tsuen Wan 5 Days (12-15K)

 Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily reception duties including incoming calls, greeting guests, conference room arrangement, courier, parcels, postage, correspondences, emails etc.
  • Manage office supplies, stationaries, office equipment, telecommunications, office maintenance, vehicle license, insurance etc.
  • keep track of petty cash, invoice and processing of expense claims and related record keeping
  • provide administrative support
  • Assist to organize company event and liaison with office suppliers
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 Requirements:

  •  Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Mature, cheerful, independent, detail-oriented, pro-active, flexible, pleasant and high sense of responsibilities
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well served in Microsoft  applications and word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
