Job Description


Human Resources Role

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, leave and attendance management.
  • Assist monthly payroll, commission computation, MPF, taxation, Work Injury Employee Compensation for Group’s subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for the one-stop recruitment process
  • Manage HR database and maintain an accurate and systematic HR filing system in both traditional and electronic method
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS utilization and implementation
  • Responsible for various HR reports compiling for management review
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Administration Role

  • Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance office equipment / facilities, office removal/renovation, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies, licenses application & etc
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure service or product provided is timely and appropriately, and carry out pricing comparison and negotiation in a professional manner
  • Handle Government subsidy application, documentation and follow-up
  • Communicate with Building Management Office to convey information accurately to Company
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid working experience in HR & Admin, preferably in Beauty/Retail Industry
  • Strong numerical sense and familiar with complex commission calculation
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance, HK Taxation, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations
  • Good teamwork player, proactive, self-motivated
  • Good organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
