Job Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR activities including Recruitment, Employment, Termination, Payroll calculation, Leave management, Medical insurance & Group Life, Tax return, Performance management, Employee relations, Occupational Safety and Health, Training & Development and Working visa.
  • Handle medical insurance for new join enrollment & termination, MPF enrollment for staff
  • Register attendance program for staff card issue
  • Formulate HR and Administration policies and procedures on regular basis.
  • Review the medical insurance policy annually
  • Assist in organizing company's activities events
  • Handle administrative and other ad-hoc duties 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • 2 years' or above with all-round HR & Administration working experience
  • Well organized, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to deal with all levels of people
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Multi-tasks skills and able to due with problems patiently
  • Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal
  • Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
