HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration, including procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry’s supplies, vendor management, travel arrangement, etc.
  • Assist in HR functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, etc.
  • Assist in organizing company events such as annual dinner, Christmas party and other ad-hoc events
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • Degree / Diploma in HR Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years working experience in HR / Admin field
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislations
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • detail-minded with high work accuracy
  • Self-motivated with good team spirit, well-organized
