HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR and administration function both for office staff and retail staff
  • Handle daily operations including staff recruitment, staff movement, compensation & benefits, payroll, staff relations, performance management, etc
  • Consolidate staff files, personal data, leave and attendance records
  • Maintain an accurate and update HR record and filing system
  • Perform monthly payroll & MPF calculations independently
  • Assist in implementing and managing HR & admin projects, e.g. new retail shop renovation projects and retail staff handbook
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR/Admin related projects as required

     

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Over 4 years solid working experience in full spectrum of HR in "Retail industry" with more than 1 year in retail staff recruitment
  • Independent, Self-motivated, proactive, well organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
  • Immediate available is an advantage
