Responsibilities

  • Performing full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll administration;
  • Perform full spectrum, of office administrative operations and functions, including but not limited to office, equipment maintenance;
  • Assist some accounting duties if necessary;
  • Handle ad-hoc project as required

 

Requirements

  • Associate Degree Holder or Higher Diploma Holder or higher in any HR, minimum 3-year experience;
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skill and analytical skills;
  • Self-driven with supportive and positive mentality and attitude;
  • Independent, well-organized, attentive to details and accountability;
  • Solid experience in recruitment and in-house training;
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
