Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, compensation & benefits, employee relations, insurance and visa Application etc.;
  • Responsible for handling office administration including maintenance & procurement of office supplies etc.;
  • Provide day-to-day administration support including accommodation, flight reservation, office maintenance, company events etc.;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 4 years of relevant working experience;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua.
