Responsibilities

  • Coordination of full recruitment cycle
  • Arrange application or extension of visa; including IANG,GEP,ASMTP
  • Prepare employment contracts and other HR related letters
  • Act as contact person with outsourced company to complete payroll and insurance processing services
  • Briefing of company policies and procedures to new employees.
  • Maintenance of staff database.
  • Coordinate annual evaluation, salary and bonus review.
  • Supervision of junior admin staff.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/ Administration related discipline.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in handling HR & Admin matters with an emphasis in recruitment
  • Well versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations
  • Proactive, mature and detail minded; Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Highly independent; with ability to handle all HR functions on a 1:50 ratio
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
