Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination of full recruitment cycle
  • Provide general HR administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in HR services including HR record, payroll, MPF
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Database management including filing, updating record, attendance record
  • Handle all office administration tasks including maintenance & procurement of office supplies
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in HR & Admin related discipline in retail industry is a plus
  • Communicate politely and sensitively, ensuring that any issues are followed up promptly
  • Good organization, reporting and communication skills
  • Result and detail oriented, efficient and able to multi tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Simple accounting knowledge is required
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
