HR & Admin Officer

Chinasoft International Technology Service (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operation support of HR and administrative work
  • Handle compensation and benefits, maintain and update employee attendance, leave records and staff personnel files
  • Ensure proper and accurate payroll calculations and MPF filing
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to different departments
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above, preferably in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance
  • Good MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skill with strong numeric sense
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
