HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly provide the HR & Administration service includes but not limited to Recruitment, C&B, EC, Employee Relations, Office Admin works.
  • Handle full spectrum of Recruitment Services from start to end: Job Posting, Screening, Arranging Interview, Signing Contract, On-boarding, new staff Orientations, Probation Matters, Off-boarding etc.
  • Regularly update the HR system and provide HR report for Management review.
  • Work closely with Operations Team to provide Daily Operations Services.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources;
  • Experiences in recruit front-line / Office roles would be an advantages;
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
