HR & Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including employment, compensation & benefits, leave management etc.
- Maintain employee attendance and personnel records
- Review and update all HR policies and procedures with local laws/regulations if needed
- Responsible for payroll preparation and calculation
- Prepare HR regular and analysis reports for management
- Assist in all company annual/occasion events
- Support in other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Re quirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR or related experience
- Knowledge in salary and benefit administration, Employment Ordinance and other HR-related statutory requirements
- Multi-task, details oriented, strong initiative and able to work under tight schedule.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office application
- Immediate availability is preferred
