HR & Admin Officer

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including employment, compensation & benefits, leave management etc.
  • Maintain employee attendance and personnel records
  • Review and update all HR policies and procedures with local laws/regulations if needed
  • Responsible for payroll preparation and calculation
  • Prepare HR regular and analysis reports for management
  • Assist in all company annual/occasion events
  • Support in other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

  Re quirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR or related experience
  • Knowledge in salary and benefit administration, Employment Ordinance and other HR-related statutory requirements
  • Multi-task, details oriented, strong initiative and able to work under tight schedule.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Immediate availability is preferred
