They plan to install the HRM system(Monitor Database on Employee, on calculation of salary, Attendance maagment, Shift management etc) and it is going to be easier to monitor and she'll be the one who responsible for that.
Manage all-rounded HR responsibilities including staffing, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, etc.
Continuously review HR policies and workflow, monitor the effectiveness of the HR projects
Report and resolve the compliance or disciplinary HR related issues
Perform ad hoc duties as required
Language: Cantonese, Fluency of English(Must be Proficient level)
2 years HR experiences
Small-Medium size of company experience is advantage
