Job duties:

  • Provide administrative and human resource works support to Management team and shops
  • Prepare reports, notice and circulars for management purposes
  • Assist in management of internal and external activities including meetings, events, project visits and other marketing collaborations
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments as assigned


  • Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry, with retail chains exposure an advantage
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, strong sense of responsibility and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with multi-task assignments
  • Details minded, positive thinking
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
