HR & Administration Assistant / clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling all the HR & administrative tasks of Offices and Shops;
  • Source and Liaise with service vendors for regular maintenance and procurement 
  • Assist in procedure enhancement, execution and monitoring
  • Responsible but not limit to C&B, employee performance, SOP, HRMS system recruitment, employee relations projects;
  • Manage accurate and updated attendance and leave records and reports;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • DSE/F.5 or above, with 1 years related experience in HR/ Admin
  • Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
