Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling all the HR & administrative tasks of Offices and Shops;
- Source and Liaise with service vendors for regular maintenance and procurement
- Assist in procedure enhancement, execution and monitoring
- Responsible but not limit to C&B, employee performance, SOP, HRMS system recruitment, employee relations projects;
- Manage accurate and updated attendance and leave records and reports;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned;
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
- DSE/F.5 or above, with 1 years related experience in HR/ Admin
- Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, self-motivated
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Immediately available is definitely an advantage
