HR & Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Data Input and filing
  • Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax filing and employee benefits matters
  • Handle leave management, maintain HR database information
  • Answer enquiries of job applicants
  • Provide clerical support to the Department
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if necessary

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, training in Human Resources Management is an advantage
  • Cheerful, meticulous, patience, independent with high initiatives and able to work under pressure
  • 1-2 years solid and hands on experience in payroll & benefits administration
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations
  • Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Be a proactive and good team player and can work under fast pace environment
