  • Provide daily office administration and clerical HR support;
  • Perform administrative support to office, such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests mailing, courier services and office environment management;
  • Coordinate with suppliers / vendors on various office functions, such as office supplies procurement, maintenance and repair etc;
  • Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, medical and leave management;
  • Prepare various HR & Admin reports and correspondences; 
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned;


  • Higher Diploma or above with min. 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well organized, detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently, presentable and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
