HR & Administration Assistant

  • Provide all round general office administrative supports including but not limited to office supplies, office hygiene, office facilities and equipment maintenance, storage maintenance, flight booking and hotel reservations;
  • Handle the recruitment process from job posting to staff on-board;
  • Maintain and update HR system and manage staff attendance record;
  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties;
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR & Administration projects such as staff activities / events;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc project assigned.


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years solid office administration experience;
  • Strong organization skills, good communication skills to be a team player;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Hands-on and proficient in using MS Office;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
