To cope with the company’s expansion and development, they are now looking for:
HR & Administration Manager (Recruitment) – Retail Industry
Supervise the recruitment team to perform recruitment activities including shop frontline and office staff.
Perform as Business Partner with various departments to cope with the business direction and growth.
Plan and monitor the performance management of staff.
Provide coaching and counselling to frontline supervisor and staff.
Design, develop and deliver training programs both to office and frontline retail staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and analyst it quantitatively.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Degree graduate or above with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment activities in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good team player, initiative, outgoing and well-organized.
Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English, fluent Mandarin is a must.
Proficiency in MS office.
