HR & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Responsible for implementing HR & Administration initiatives, and ensure that policies, processes and practice are in line with the Company’s strategies and objectives and in compliance with related ordinance.
  • Build HR business partnership with business leaders and stakeholders of the designated regions to ensure HR process and practices are aligned across the board.
  • Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions to ensure daily operations are carried out in a smooth and professional manner, including but not limited to recruitment / onboarding, payroll administration, reward management, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, termination & exit procedure, etc.
  • Nurture a positive & harmonious work culture with high ethical standard.
  • Develop effective talent acquisitions strategies and ensure the recruiting process are aligned with the Company’s guidelines and well-matched candidates are hired.
  • Provide guidance and support line managers to ensure quality annual performance review, objective setting and evaluation process in place and meeting the Corporate guidelines.
  • Support line managers to identify development needs.
  • Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, tax return filing, etc.
  • Ensure the employee database, records and systems (HRIS) are updated in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Provide sound HR advice and solutions to resolve issues; Coach and counsel stakeholders when necessary.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Office Administration Management

  • Manage general office administration duties and office support including but not limited to contract management, office equipment & facilities maintenance, office move/renovation, safety & security, regular housekeeping, office/pantry supplies, meeting and travel arrangement, staff events & activities, etc.
  • Responsible for vendor negotiation (eg landline, broadband, pest control, carpet cleaning etc.)
  • Train, coach and develop the HR/Admin Team.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR/Admin projects as designated by the Company

Requirements:

  • University degree holder, with major in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years HR & Admin experience, and at least 3 years in manager role.
  • Prior experience in MNCs and logistics or related industry is preferred.
  • Prior regional HR exposure (eg China, Taiwan, Korea, etc.) a definite advantage.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations.
  • Good presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills & project management skills
  • Pro-active with can-do attitude; self-motivated, a team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a diverse workforce and matrix organization.
  • Experience in dealing with complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work under high work pressure and tight timeline.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; prior experience in using HRIS is preferred.
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
