Direct all Human Resources initiatives, ensuring alignment with the business directions and company culture;
Provide sound and strategic HR advice to the senior management;
Lead the HR team to provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee management, performance management and employee relations, etc;
Prepare annual salary & bonus review proposal,annual budgeting; review, develop and implement company HR policies;
Manage a wide spectrum of general office administration functions, including office renovation, office maintenance, procurement of office supplies and other administrative or support functions;
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines;
At least 10 years of all rounded experience in HR functions with 5 years atmanagerial level preferably gained in listed companies and property development related business;
Understand both HK and PRC labour law and HR practices well;
Be self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
Mature, detailed-oriented, meticulous with strong time management and organization skill;
Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin is a must.
