Job description 

  • Assist in performing full aspects of HR functions including recruitment, offices’ co-ordination, MPF management & employee relations, etc
  • Maintain attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
  • Liaison with IT provider with general issues and company’s projects
  • Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and facilities management
  • Participate into the review and maintenance of the office administration system for the corporate efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management
  • Handle ad hoc assignments by CEO 

Requirements 

  • Diploma in HR, secretarial or administrative studies
  • Minimum 8 years of HR and office administration experience
  • Dynamic, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient MS office applications, including EXCEL, PowerPoint and WORD
