HR & Administration Officer / Assistant HR & Administration Officer


Responsibilities :

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, leave & attendance management, performance management.
  • Review, formulate and ensure consistency of company policies and practices of HR and Administration with update Labour Ordinance.
  • To manage general office administration, including stationeries sourcing & stock keeping, office renovation, maintenance, company events, travel itineraries and other ad hoc admin projects.
  • Participates in HR projects & ad hoc assignments from time to time.

Requirements :  

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years HR experience is an advantage.
  • Completed two-dose for covid 19 vaccination
  • Self-motivation, independent, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight work schedule.
  • Smart, meticulous, strong initiatives and well-organized.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working attitude is a must
  • Familiarity with HK labour ordinance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer.
