A recreation company group located in Cheung Chau is looking for aggressive and energetic candidates who are eager to develop his or her career with our growing business.

HR & Administration Officer (Location: Cheung Chau)


  • To manage staff attendance record and personal files
  • To coordinate and assist in recruitment process
  • To handle payroll, MPF, Medical and Employee Compensation and individual income tax
  • To maintain Staff Handbook and Company Policies and facilitate communication between employer and employees
  • To manage and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors for maintenance of office equipment
  • To conduct procurement of stationery and office supplies


  • Degree / diploma holder in HRM or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years' related experiences in both HR and administrative support, preferably in servicing or tourism industry
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Knowledge and experience in payroll system preferable
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
