HR & Administration Officer / Manager (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Management
  • Working with our China Subsidiary Company
  • Responsible for answering the telephone and transfer professionally;
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative management, such as office supplies management,
  • Responsible for booking hotel and air tickets reservation;
  • Responsible for going to bank;
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks
  • Handling all HR matters such as recruitment, employee records,  staff welfare, and organizational charts, etc.
  • Director's personal assistant.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager & Directors

 

Position Requirement:

  • F.7 & above with minimum 5 years clerical experience in Office Administration;
  • Knowledge of China Labour Law and experience of working in Mainland China
  • Familiar with administration works;
  • Hands-on experience of using Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Flexible, Self- motivated, well organized, good communication skills, diligent, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Immediate Available is preferred
