Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff training, employee relations and performance review
  • Supervise the team and handle administration duties, such as office equipment procurement, courier arrangement and stationery supplies, etc.
  • Assist to organize Company events including Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and Annual General Meeting, etc.
  • Monitor and update HR system in regular basis and prepare various monthly HR reports
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in handling HR and Administration functions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English, and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
