Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff training, employee relations and performance review
Supervise the team and handle administration duties, such as office equipment procurement, courier arrangement and stationery supplies, etc.
Assist to organize Company events including Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and Annual General Meeting, etc.
Monitor and update HR system in regular basis and prepare various monthly HR reports
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Bachelor degree in HRM or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in handling HR and Administration functions
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Good communication skills in spoken and written English, and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Five-day work per week
