Job Responsibilities

  • Support in general office administrative duties, including but not limited to office supplies and equipment procurement, office maintenance, data entry, reports preparation etc
  • Handle general HR functions, such as HRIS and e-leave record accuracy, probationary and performance management, interview arrangement etc
  • Assist in company events, regular meetings and staff activities
  • Support receptionist role when necessary
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with 3 years relevant experience; Diploma or DSE with 5 years administrative experience will be considered
  • Experienced in receptionist is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Willing-to-learn, detail-minded with multi-task skills and well-organized
  • Enjoy working in a fast-pace environment with pleasant character
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experienced in renovation and office relocation is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
