Oversee and manage all aspects of HR and Administration activities for HK office, Dongguan plant and other facilities in mainland China
Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures
Identify, develop and implement HR and Administration management system to align with the Group’s business needs
Update and review the HR and Administration policies and procedures align with regulatory requirement and local standards
Oversee all matter concerning the plant facilities including staff canteen, staff quarter, safety and security matters, environmental issues etc.
Organize regular staff activities
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in human resources management or related disciplines
Over 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years handling those HR & Admin for PRC factory.
Familiar with full spectrum of HR management function
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skill, highly initiative, excellent problem solving skill
Previous work experience in sizeable manufacturing industry is an added advantage
Good command of both written and Spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Travel frequently to our PRC plants mainly at Dongguan
