HR & Administrative Assistant (International Firm, 12-months renewable contract)


  • 5-day week

Our client, an internationally renowned manufacture firm is currently looking for a HR & Administrative Assistant for their team on a contract basic.

  1. Handle all-round HR function
  2. Provide administrative support to the team and executives
  3. At least 1 year related experience is preferred


HR Assistant

  • Provide all-round HR service
  • Assist in recruitment project including interview coordination, CV scanning, payroll handling, Visa handling, ect
  • Handling regional HR issue include leave, registration and logistic arrangement
  • Maintain internal HR record in clear and organized

Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle Manager Executives' daily agenda
  • Schedule HR Team monthly meeting and prepare meeting materials when required
  • Handle Team's travel booking and arraignment
  • Prepare and organize different team event and seminar, both internal and external
  • Follow up different vendor payment


  • Bachelor's degree or above in HRM or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year's experience in Administrative or HR functions
  • Knowledge of retail banking product and service is preferred
  • Self-motivated, positive well organized and independent
  • Positive thinking towards learning and able to work as team
  • Strong command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
