HR & Administrative Assistant Officer ($15K-20K)

Job requirements:

  • Handle full spectrum of office / project / site office administration work including daily procurement, stationery ordering, repair and maintenance, office safety and security
  • Handle company secretarial issues, tenancy agreements and service contracts
  • Provide secretarial support to the Management and expatriates when required
  • Support office relocation and renovation as well as facility management
  • Assist in human resources functions including recruitment, compensation benefits and maintain Personal File
  • Handle payroll issues
  • Diploma in HRM or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Good Computer skills and good spoken in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
