Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general HR jobs such as payroll calculation, MPF, employer’s return, staff data records & etc.
  • Handle general office administration work such as office maintenance and etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
  • Checking and processing payments for staff claims.
  • Managing and keeping track of office stuff such as stationery, guard clothing & etc.
  • General office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Reporting HR & Administration works to headquarters by each month.
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required.

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in HR & Administration areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing and Strong Excel skills are a MUST.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, detailed minded, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with working experience at construction sites and immediately available will be an advantage.
