Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration duties including equipment maintenance, office supplies, housekeeping, etc.
  • Handle recruitment process including job posting, arranging interviews and preparing relevant HR documents
  • Maintain daily HR operations including staff record, attendance & leave management
  • Prepare reports and data analysis 
  • Arrange recreation activities
  • Back up to the reception working if necessary


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years solid HR working experience
  • Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements
  • Good command of English, Cantonese &, Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good time management and organisation abilities, detail-minded & problem solving skills
