Our client is a leading engineering solutions firm with strong reputation within various sectors specializing in engineering solutions for construction and industrial business. With their Hong Kong headquarter and strong global presence with branches from Europe to Asia, they are looking for HR & Admin Officer (Sizable Engineering Solutions Group/MNC) to join their HR Division. 



  • Developing and implementing HR policies including but not limited to performance management, employee's equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management etc
  • Handle HR administrative task,payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Analyzing staff training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
  • Further developing HR internal strategies in terms of hiring plans, staff retention and C&B amendments etc 
  • Advising on any remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits
  • Undertaking regular salary review
  • Manage general office/HR administration and ad-hoc projects



  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experiences of HR officer/generalist role (C & B, Payroll and staff training etc) 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinances and HR practices
  • Detail-minded, organized and down-to-earth with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Macro and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-minded and well-organized with strong numerical sense
  • Immediately available are highly preferred
