Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing and property management
  • Provide full spectrum of high quality administrative and secretarial support and ad hoc duties
  • Co-ordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
  • Manage office administration and human resources duties for a small office of 10 people

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate is preferable
  • Minimum 6 years' experience
  • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and is highly systematic, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook (to send calendar invites etc); Excel and Word a must
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Ability to communicate in Putonghua is preferable.
