Administration / Facilities Management 

  • Provide administration support to the Company and Management
  • Coordinate with building management or vendors for maintenance and renovations of office and showroom to ensure work progress are on track with high quality;
  • Lead the administrative support in routine functions, company events & projects
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, vendor quotations and invoices in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Manage the petty cash expenditure for admin. department
  • To take up ad hoc assignments/projects as required. 

Human Resources 

  • Handling full spectrum of Human Resources including payroll, recruitment and leave administration, compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare Regular Report as requested;
  • To work closely with various internal departments to deliver accurate information;
  • Administer employee insurance and MPF;
  • Maintain and update information on HR System including e-leave management;
  • Coordinate training program
  • Participate and organize employee relations activities like company party, volunteer activities, outdoor activities, etc.

 Requirements: 

  • Degree  in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related discipline;
  • 3 years’ experience in handling in HR Administration, Office Administration and Facility Management for SME with 60 staff. 
  • Hands on experience in HR Pro or other HR Information System (HRIS). 
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances. 
  • Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in a fast paced and results-driven environment.
  • Able to work independently, high attention to details and accuracy, well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
